Nature:

Use:

Preparation Method:

1. The reaction of 2-amino -1,3,4-thiadiazole with α-halogenated ketones under alkaline conditions produces the corresponding products.
2. Next, react with 2-bromoethylpyrrolidine through an amide coupling reaction to form 5-(¾)-[1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-ylamine.
